Introduction
Please read the following information to understand our practices with regards to your personal data and how we will treat it. For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998, the identity of our data controller shall be available upon enquiry by email.

What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey, click a Messenger button or fill out a form.

Any data we request that is not required will be specified as voluntary or optional.

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, email address, mailing address, phone number, business details or web address. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

Email addresses
The email addresses collected by us from subscriptions to newsletters aren’t sold, or disclosed to any third parties. These email addresses are only used by us to send out our monthly newsletter, update you with company related news or to alert you of changes to our policies. You will not receive any emails from us you didn’t request.

When you enter in to a contract with us, your contact information and a history of our communication will be kept.

Any data collected will only ever be used by us and possibly our agents. Envis Design hereby reserves the right to transfer any data collected – in the event of an acquisition, full or partial, of the company or its assets.

Facebook Messenger app
This Application may ask for some Facebook permissions allowing it to perform actions with the users Facebook account and to retrieve information, including personal data, from it.

The permissions asked are the following:

Basic information
By default, this includes certain users data such as id, name, picture, gender, and their locale. Certain connections of the user, such as the friends, are also available. If the user has made more of their data public, more information will be available.

Sharing your information with us and others
When you first access the app, for example by clicking on a Messenger button or link, you will be presented with a Facebook permissions page, which will advise you about the Facebook information you will be sharing with the app. You can then decide whether or not to share your Facebook information by using the app. If you decide not to grant permission you will not be able to use the app.

By granting permission you will be agreeing to share your Facebook user details (including your name, profile picture, gender, networks, user id and any other information you choose to share according to your Facebook account settings), and information about your use of the app.

Unsubscribing
To unsubscribe from the Messenger app, you can simply type ‘stop’ as a message and this will immediately stop communication (you may receive one final message confirming the request to stop).

Once you have typed ‘stop’ we no longer have permission to access your Facebook information and your data will be removed from the app.

Like most websites, we use cookies to enhance your experience, gather general visitor information, and track visits to our website. Please refer to our cookie policy for information about cookies and how we use them.

What do we use your information for?
